You will have access to full history on your properties so you can stay better informed.

It makes reporting maintenance issues more precise for tenants. This ensures you will have more information to assist in making your decisions and keeping your property in its best condition.

In the unlikely event where tenants are in arrears, there are notifications that get sent out to them that you can see, so you stay updated every step of the way.

We are able to conduct comprehensive property visits so that you get entry and exit reports with high quality colour, photos and videos, all available online.

Consistency in tenancy and cash flow when owning an investment property is a high priority. Our software program allows tenants to complete lease renewals online which ensure they remain in a fixed term lease.
