Kellys Property – Business Operations during COVID-19

We’d like to reassure our community that the team at Kellys are fully operational and working hard to ensure all your property needs are met. As an agency, we have always focused on providing you the absolute best advice, ensure you have a world-class experience and we deliver to you an exceptional result.

With respect to the government’s restrictions and to help stop the spread of COVID-19, please find below changes to the way in which we are assisting our vendors and landlords with advertising their property, as well as conduct opens and auctions.

Our 10 point commitment plan

  1. We are actively practicing social distancing with all team members are applying upgraded personal hygiene.
  2. The majority of our team are working from home and can be contacted directly.
  3. We will be deferring any non-essential inspections for our property managements.
  4. We have daily team meetings to focus on selling and leasing properties.
  5. We are conducting property tours via video chat (FaceTime, Facebook, or ZOOM) and online Auctions.
  6. We have upgraded to Matterport virtual tours for sales, and filmed walkthrough videos for leasing.
  7. We qualify all buyers and tenants prior to them entering the property.
  8. When needed, we will assist buyers to be financially qualified to purchase properties.
  9. All property viewings are by appointment only with only 1 attendee and the agent allowed into the property at any one time, also using hand sanitiser prior to entry.
  10. Keys on all properties are disinfected after every showing.

 

Visiting our office

Kellys’ business hours will remain the same (9:00am – 5:00pm) however, our front office operating times have changed. The administration and reception team will only be at the front desk during these days and times below, mainly to service our tradesmen and contractors.

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: CLOSED
