Maintenance: Process maintenance requests quicker and with more accuracy. Tenants can add photos and videos to their requests. You’re able to approve or reject requests immediately.
Invoices: The platform automatically processes arrears for both rent and tenant invoices, sending tenants reminders and notifications.
Reports: View comprehensive property visit, entry and exit reports complete with photos and videos at any time.
Leases: Lease renewals are completed and stored online for a quicker turnaround with automatic reminders.
Payments to you: On clearance of rental funds, payments will be disbursed to your nominated account without waiting for mid or end of month. You will receive one monthly statement that summarises all the activity for the period.

Additional Features
- Request maintenance from your dashboard. Just select “New” in the header and fill in the blanks.
- Access your online ledger by selecting “Statement” in the top right-hand corner.
- View all jobs completed on your properties in the “All jobs” tab in the left-hand vertical menu. You can also search and filter jobs.
