Joanne is a charismatic and driven individual. Her role is to ensure every team member feels welcomed, informed, prepared, supported and that they acquire the knowledge, skills, attitude and behaviour that will guarantee their success in the company.

Having been at Kellys since 2016, Joanne has grown within the company and a new position was created for her in 2018, Director of Onboarding and Training. She makes certain that there is a high level of employee engagement throughout all divisions and that each team member has been provided with all the necessary tools to hit the ground running.

Joanne prides herself on her attention to detail, organisation and efficiency. She provides invaluable support to all departments in the company.
