Ever since she was young, it’s always been a dream of Patricia Baquing to open her own real estate agency. With her own hard work and the support of colleagues it has soon made her realise that one day her dream could become a reality.

She says her current role at Kellys is the perfect start. “We’re always encouraged to be the best version of ourselves and have work-life balance. Our opinions and suggestions are always welcomed and considered.”

In her downtime, Patricia loves singing, cooking and spending time with her family.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and a keen eye for numbers, she believes in practicing what she preaches – investing, budgeting, and increasing her own financial literacy.  Patricia credits her professionalism, scepticism, resourcefulness and transparency with her ongoing success.

She also pays credit to the rest of the Kellys team. “We all support and encourage each other. It really is a dream team and a great working environment.”
