Senior Commercial Sales and Leasing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic boutique Commercial Property Sales and Leasing Team. As the Senior Commercial Sales and Leasing Executive your main objective will be sourcing, listing, and selling commercial properties. You will be forward-thinking with impeccable people skills and a proven track record in Commercial Sales and Leasing.
Your duties are but not limited to:
• Sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing of commercial properties across the Inner West market
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and delivering market knowledge and advice
• Conducting inspections and all duties related
• Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
• Negotiating property transactions from start to finish Skills and experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial Property Sales and Leasing
• Excellent communication skills and time management
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• A commitment to providing a high level of customer service
